About Brick and Mod

Hi! We're Tim & Christina Adam, owners of Brick and Mod Properties. We reside in Northeast Ohio with our two amazing children, and have been happily married since 2005. In 2007, we decided to leave the 9-5 life, take our college experiences with us, and go into business for ourselves. Before going out on our own, though, we got our first taste of the property management world when we were employed by a non-profit housing agency in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Tim served as the Property Manager & Christina was the Tenant Manager. Together, we oversaw 18 rental units and did everything from interviewing prospective tenants to conducting background checks, overseeing legal matters for the business, performing repairs, and even helping our residents with vocational and relational matters. We went on to start our own businesses & currently work with hundreds of customers, as well as managing our 15-person staff at Ninja Hub, our Ninja Warrior Gym in North Canton, Ohio.
